Our Tuesday discussion included 10 participants.
In our discussion, we used an Appreciative Inquiry style questioning to capture ideas for what our ideal training environment would look like. One "Aha!" moment was the idea that we could capture the course "Smile Sheet" evals we are already using today to create an online course rating system. This would help potential particpants to better determine if a certain course would be right for them, based on the words of their peers.
